TETRAMYTHOS RETSINA AMPHORA

This is one of the very few Retsinas that change what we know about this style of wine. Roditis from vines in a cup form without being watered, which means low yields and high quality. Only free run must is used. Natural vinification in amphoras and minimal resin – about one kilo in a ton – from pines surrounding the vineyards. Lemon, jasmine and herbs in the nose with additional aromas of pine needles Sophisticated and complicated mouth feel that will perfectly complement all the tapas style dishes.
