TISSOT LA MAILLOCHE CHARDONNAY

Chardonnay from the heavy clay soils of Stéphane Tissot’s Mailloche vineyard. Organic, spicy, lemon citrus, smoky flint, salted almond skin and golden apple on the complex nose. A firm backbone of spicy mineral acidity, flavors of orange citrus, nutmeg with bitter almond on the long finish. Pair with roast chickent, mushroom risotto and compte.
