It is made from the vineyards that are closer to the sea. This proximity carries mineral character and notes of salinity. The result is a pleasant, crisp and perfumed wine with notes of pepper, rosemary, florals, lemon and peaches. The palate is fresh, zippy and the classic varietal characteristic of a little bitterness on the finish.
