VENEZIA GIULIA – RADIKON OSLAVJE

Made from a blend of Ribolla Gialla, Sauvignon Blanc, and Chardonnay, which spends almost a month fermenting on the skins and three years in bottle. A mature and evolved wine with aromas of cooked apple and caramel. Balanced acidity with spicy complexity on the finish, which is very long. This wine may change your perception of Italian whites.
