VINA ILLUSION BIANCO

Grape: 100% Tempranillo Blanco.
Place: Rioja, Spain

Variety was discovered in 1988 – a natural genetic mutation from a single Tempranillo vine. Organic, hand harvested, spontaneous fermentation (native yeast vs commercial).
Concentrated aromas of tropical fruit, melon, citrus and fresh florals. The palate gives more citrus (oranges), stone fruits with a hints of honey and white pepper. Lively acidity, well balanced, medium finish.
Pairing: grilled fish, seafood, curry, salads…
