We are loving this new rose! Easy drinking with red berries, dried flowers, and tarragon spice with smokey and mineral overtones. The palate is bright with redcurrant and blood orange, followed by earthy licorice on the back and a finish of tangy strawberry and a hint of flint.

Pairings: aperitif, bread with tomato or anchovies, soft cheese like brie, spicy cuisine like Asian or Indian inspired dishes.
