LUI UMILE CABERNET SAUVIGNON

A project that began as a garagista wine created by a group of friends studying oenology has evolved to the winemake, Mauricio Vegetti Lui , being chosen as the the Winemaker of the Year in 2019. This Cabernet Sauvignon come from Alto Agrelo, Luján de Cuyo at 980 meters above sea level. In the high area of ??Agrelo, the soils have very little organic matter, a lot of stones, a steep slope and excellent sunlight. Juicy and medium to full bodied with notes of ripe fruit, herbs, dehydrated tomatoes and a silky structure. Enjoy with braised lamb shanks, pizza or bbq.
