A youthful, fresh Nebbiolo made by selecting grapes from several different vineyards. Aromas of dried flowers, fresh geraniums and a hint of raspberries. The palate is dry, warm and soft, leading to a lovely floral finish that’s slightly tannic and very easy drinking.
Pairing: slightly mature cheeses and Italian-style pasta with ragù, as well as more simple red meat dishes such as hamburgers or beef carpaccio
