Tenuta Buon Tempo is highly regarded and very limited in availability covering 28 hectares, of which 14 are under vine, certified organic. An every day, quality red that is fresh with juicy cherry notes and great structure allowing the option to enjoy now or age for up to 5 years.

Pairings: with appetizers, ribollita, first courses with red or meat sauces, meats in general, and mature cheeses. Also excellent with pizza and spicy dishes.
