GORGO VALPOLICELLA CLASSICO RIPASSO

Corvina Veronese, Corvinone, Rondinella. A red wine obtained from traditional Valpolicella grapes and vinified according to the traditional Ripasso technique. With an intense, fruity aroma and hints of spices and vanilla, it is a full-bodied wine that combines rigor and elegance.

Fruity with notes of cherries, marasca cherries and plums; spicy, with pepper and cinnamon to the fore.
Soft, rounded and balanced. A full-bodied wine that combines strength and elegance.

Pairing: red meats, stewed and braised, game, matured cheeses. Also perfect for accompanying autumnal risottos and roasts with polenta.
